Flying Star Toys are designed and handmade by Florence Forrest. Flying Star Toys are limited edition and often one-of a-kind drawn and painted, ensuring the specialness of your toy. As they are handmade most will never be exactly the same, even if the design is repeated. It also means that once a fabric combination runs out it is gone forever. However, if you see a toy that you really like on the website that is not currently in the shop, simply send Florence an email to enquire about having a commissioned piece made for you.
New toys will be added to the shop every fortnight.
Payments
Make secure payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, simply use your credit or debit card to make your purchase. Australian buyers may pay by direct deposit or by cheque.
Australian customers paying by cheque please note that orders will be shipped once the cheque is cleared by the bank which takes up to four working days.

Shipping
All purchases will be mailed via the Australian Postal Service, within 3 business days.
For deliveries in Australia estimated delivery is up to five working days dependent on your location.
Express Post mailing can be requested. Please email for details before purchasing.
International delivery can expect delivery between 5 and 21 working days depending on your location and your country's internal mail system.
Generally it is 7 to 10 day to addresses in the USA.
For International Express delivery please email Flying Star Toys before purchasing.
Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email of confirming your order and another email to let you know that your order has shipped together with a destination appropriate expectation of delivery time. Unfortunately package tracking is not currently available.
Returns
Each Flying Star Toy is made to exacting standards. If however you are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The returned item/s should be in its unused and original condition. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded.
Privacy
All personal information will be kept private and be used strictly for shipping and billing purposes, unless you request to be on the Friends of Flying Star Toys mailing list. To join the Friends of Flying Star Toys mailing list, email Florence. Your information will not be distributed to any third party.
