About Flying Star Toys
Flying Star Toys are decorative craft art objects handmade in very limited editions by Florence Forrest. Each handmade toy is of the finest quality with the attention to detail in material and construction that only comes from an experienced embroiderer like Florence. Flying Star Toys are sculpted stuffed, this demanding process produces a toy that is pleasurably contoured and full bodied.
While some toys may be suitable for children they are designed for display rather than play - guardians rather than playmates. Many Flying Star Toys are designed to hang as beautiful objects for the home.

The design of Flying Star Toys take their inspiration from a diverse range of sources such as; native Australian wildlife, folk art, folktales, folk charms, classic fiction, mythology, paper cuts and silhouettes.
